By scheduling service, requesting support, booking online, or engaging with Kipp’s Computer Service and Repair LLC (“the Company”), the client (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all on-site, remote, and managed service work unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

* All appointments must be confirmed before service. * The Company reserves the right to reschedule or decline work based on workload, safety, travel conditions, or availability. * Appointments may include a diagnostic or trip charge depending on location and service type.

3. Online Bookings

* Online booking requests are received as **service requests** and are **not guaranteed until confirmed** by the Company. * Customers will receive confirmation by call, text, or email once the requested time is approved and scheduled. * Requested appointment times are subject to change due to workload, parts availability, or technician scheduling. * The Company will make every effort to honor requested times and will communicate promptly if adjustments are required. * Submitting an online booking does **not** create a binding contract until confirmed.
